Three Irish Republican Bonds have been added to our Ireland section:

However, these never circulated in Ireland and were, in fact, issued in the USA to raise funds. Where should we put them and what should we call them?

They are listed under 'Ireland' in the Pick Specialised catalogue.
They are in the same vein as the Hungarian exile notes of Lajos Kossuth.

We know where Pick lists them. The question is where we should list them and what type we should assign to them. There's been some discussion about propaganda notes elsewhere but this isn't currently an available type option.

We finally got the option to manually move pages from Banknotes to Exonumia. These notes all have their movement pending.

Why not? They were never used as money, just fund-raising receipts.

I think Exonumia is the right place for these.
They aren't banknotes, and never circulated as such.
Collectors had an interest in them because they resembled banknotes, were a cool design and historically interesting.
There are others as well, but they are less note-like, and more bond-like, so less interesting to note collectors

If I was offered these at a reasonable price, I would add them to my collection, considering their historical interest in relation to Ireland's history leading up to the Home Rule Act & the Easter Rising.

You sometimes see them on ebay in genuine auctions. A 5 Dollar around Fine grade sells here in the £150-£200 region.
