Namibia is putting a commemorative 30 Dollars into circulation - a polymer note.

It will commemorate 30 Years of Independence - as Namibia became an independent British Commonwealth republic in early 1990.

This will also be Namibia's first polymer banknote type.

I still can't gind a release date, and the day of independence was on 21 March 1990, so it it's nit already released, they missed the date.
Now released into circulation today.

I still don't understand this sentence: "According to many sources the commemorative new polymer banknote of 30 dollars (NAD30.1) announced in March is available to the public starting today". So the 30 NAD is worth 30.1 NAD?
