500 Lei 1946 - Coin Alignment

Hello,

Regarding this coin:

I see medal alignment double arrow up, but I have this coin in front of me and it's upside down, when I rotate the coin from the obverse I then see the 500 LEI reverse upside down, but no mention of this on the coin page, if someone can help me??
