I have this 1979 Bahamas Flamingo coin but I can’t see it in the catalog. The only ones that I can find are gold. Can anyone help?

thanks. Would it be the copper-nickel or the silver proof? I can't find much info on what metal it would be in the coin card

Also, to make it more valuable, the mint would have put Silver on
the card somewhere, if it was, I guess.

Your coin is the copper-nickel version.
