I have owned this short cross penny for over 13 years, so it is time to figure out what it is. Using Coincraft 2000, it appears to be a penny of King John, Winchester Mint, Moneyer ANDREU.

Can anyone confirm this?

Coincraft indicates that a Class 5 A for John would have a retrograde S in HENRICUS; this does not. It says that Class 5 B has the S correct, but it has a cross pattee on the reverse, this does not.

The coin is approximately 19mm, and weighs 1.4 grams.

Your help would be appreciated.

After comparing it to https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces55928.html , I now understand that the cross pattee is the beginning of the legend, so my coin does have it.
According to my copy of Spink, Andreu of Winchester is known for class 5b and 5c. If you look at the page for 5c, it mentions having a letter X in the form of a St Andrew's cross, which I see on your coin.
