It might just be the picture but the first one looks fake to me.
The second one looks more authentic.
I have heard somewhere around my numistic circle, that fakes are being made from laser cut dies and pressed on the same machines the originals were pressed on, from the same metals, producing a quality so good the experts are able to identify them less than 50% of the time.
