Hi, does anyone recognize the stamp on my banknote? I thought it could be a Fiume stamp, but I'm not really sure... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe a p.o.w stamp, note issued for use in a WWI prisoner camp?
It's quite hard to make out the wording.
Fiume stamp would usually read "Citta de Fiume" and that was a short-lived state 1920-24.
I have a similar note with the Germany-Austria overprint.
