Hello I have a quick question. In a swap when a person asks you to rate your coins by the Krause v 38...how in the world do you do that without paying someone who actually knows what they are doing?

what is Krause v 38?

Collecting World Coins by Chester Krause vol 38. I had to figure that one out on my own.    Fortunately a friend of mine had given me an old vol and I just happened to have a mini brain storm. Thank God because it would have tormented me until I figured it out.
