Rectangular coin to identify, possibly Indian [resuelto]

Can anyone help me identify this coin-like object?

It looks to be copper or bronze, is fairly worn, and has little or no magnetism. Its irregular shape might be original, or possibly this is a fragment from a larger piece. This, combined with uncertainty as to its inscriptions and designs, means that it might be European or perhaps Indian in origin.

Side A: features something like either a Lombardic ‘m’, or, if this ‘coin’ is rotated 180 degrees, might be part of the Arabic or Persian word "Allah".

Side B: features what looks to be a partial inscription at the top (perhaps containing a Latin ‘N’) below which is a rectangular item measuring approximately 13mm x 4mm, with a short transverse feature at one extremity, and bounded by irregular shapes at either end.

Diameter: about 22mm long, about 17.5-18mm wide. Thickness: about 1.5-2.0mm Weight: unknown.
