I have absolutely no idea about this. HELP

It looks to be one of the hundreds, perhaps thousands of commemorative medallions produced to mark the Coronation of Edward VII in 1902.

It's hard to tell from the pictures but there may be some indication of who issued them, perhaps a local town hall or school.
