2010 £1 UK cities - Belfast

This coin is listed on Numista as only 250,000 coins in circulation, yet I have recieved 6 off these in the last 2 days in my change, also the fact that I live Northeast England and we rarely see coins with a lesser circulation quantity. Is it possible that the information is incorrect or just that I've been very lucky.
