The date ١٣٢٧ (1327, i.e. 1909 in Gregorian calendar) on reverse is the date of his accession to the throne. On obverse, just under the toughra, you'll find the reign's year when the coin was struck: ٤ (4). It means that your coin was struck in the year 1331 of the Islamic calendar, so 1911.
