Duplicated year in Tanzania KM# 34 [resuelto]

Another user pointed out to me that this coin...

...has two lines for 2014.

Users have registered coins in both of the lines, so I think a database operation to merge these two needs to happen. Assuming this is the right place to ask, please can someone who can do this take care of the problem?
