Identification of Mint Mark "]"

As Mentioned on Numista
 
 ] (rotated once to the right) = Dominican Republic as Mentioned in the Numista websita

2 Rupees National Integration; hendecagonal type KM121.* INDIA
  
 The above is the mintmark of the Royal Mint at Llantrisant,not the Tower Mint. I need a clarification on this as it was told to me on facebook.
 
Can we please change the same OR try and varify whether this is right?
