I received this coin from someone whose grandfather served overseas during world war two. I know it's silver and I am pretty sure it's legitimate. But I'm not too familiar with how to be positive?
2.9 grams on my cheap scale.
its like 18 1/2 millimeters
and about 1 millimeters thick
This is the only coin I can find that is similar, and I assume my scale is off (it has been before) https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces21486.html
I guess I need to take it to a jeweler and let him put it on his scale.
Taking a break from swapping for a while, but still interested in pre 1799 Spanish coins, I will make time for that!
I'm pretty confident that its real, but NGC has no values for this coins, looking on Ebay, these go for about $30-45? can any one help me with the value? Thanks

There's a guy in this forum that quickly will tell you the coin is fake....Even knowing it was from your grandfather, for him you must have to pay more than USD500 for the coin to be authentic.
