Coloured Austrian 5 Euro

Hi. I've just got this silver coin



It is a coloured version of this https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces10884.html

Should it be added to the catalogue? If so should it be added as a separate coin or as an additional variant of the existing coin?

Was this coin sold directly from the Austrian mint with the added color (but when I look at the quality of the job I would doubt that)?
When it was then yes , when not book it under post mint damage.

I got it from a coin dealer that specialises in European coins. I bought 2x 3Euro coins, this coin and a silver 5 Euro in a card.
