5-8-90 or 8-5-90 could be the middle note...i hope someone better can come along and correct me. Im desperately trying to remember how i dated my notes successfully. No doubt when Numista does banknotes we will have a document to assist.

Well...i collect them...so yeah...im not looking at the serial number either. I am looking at the series of digits that appear in the lower left quadrant. So...yeah.

Yes these older Egyptian notes use the date format of Y/DD/MM/Y. So the first and last digit indicate the year, the middle ones the day and month. So the dates on your notes are (from left to right):
9/19/11/7 = November 19th, 1997
9/05/07/0 = July 5th, 1990
8/04/04/9 = April 4th, 1989
It also took a while for me to understand this system!
