Two DDR Coins - Circulating Issues?

Does anyone know if these two coins were circulating issues? I received them in a swap and they were listed as circulating when I selected them but now they seem to have changed.

The mintage (milllions) is way too high to be non-circulating.

All non-silver GDR commemoratives with a high mintage (> 100.000?) presumably did circulate (side by side with notes of the same denomination).

I had a friend living in the GDR in those days, and she used to pick them from circulation for me. The one with the lowest mintage (750.000) I obtained in this way, is https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces12485.html.

​Yep, they definately circulate. I did got one from a friendly Ossie in the half time of a soccer game in the former Volksparkstadion zu Hamburg in 1990.

By the way, take good care of those beauties. They're not made of silver but they're silver worth.
