Belize 5 cents

Could somebody please tell what the difference is between these coins?

On the KM# 34a sheet it has this note:

NOTE:
Newer Issues (1992 - to date) sometimes referred to as KM#115

So it seems they are the same, but have been assigned two different KM#'s perhaps?

WC 2012 says:
KM#34a : 1.04g - 20,2mm
KM#115 : 1.05g - 20,2mm

good question.
all catalogs list them both. 1.04g and 1.05g does not seem to be the clue to this riddle.
I wouldn't say they spent a new KM# because of 0.01g difference. this might be weight variation
that just happens.
so what's the answer?

Maybe this might help.  My 37th edition of 20th Century World Coins (2009) doesn't list KM#115 at all.

Numismaster still has it.
Is Numismaster based on latest catalog information? I guess so...  

My 2011 catalog of WC (2001-date) 5th edition also says:
