millesime manquant GB KM#969

je possède une pièce de 1 livre anglaise KM969 de 1996 ! millésime non signalé dans le world coin.

Krause has no record of UK KM#969 being minted in 1996. According to Krause and the Royal Mint the only UK 1 Pound issued in 1996 was KM#972. It is possible that yours is a counterfeit. Perhaps you could upload some pictures.

Many counterfeit pound coins are circulating, and its not uncommon to find that counterfeiters have put the wrong date with a design.

Check also the quality of the design, the edges should be sharp and clear, not with the appearance that they have "melted", even allowing for wear in circulation.
