I would like to make three public apologies regarding MPCC.
1: First and foremost, I would like to apologize for a small mistake which had big consequences - the victim of which was neilithic. In MPCC II, I miscounted the votes for the Ultimate Final, which resulted in my coin winning, instead of Neil's (whose coin got the most votes). I also ended up getting the prize. To make up for this, I will be sending the prize to Neil, in addition to some small silver coins.
2: I would also like to apologize to nalaberong and nomek, the category winners from MPCC III who didn't cheat, aren't Apuking (who doesn't accept prizes), and never received their prizes. Their patience paid off, because they will now be receiving extra prizes!
3: Lastly, I would like to apologize to the members of Numista who were waiting a very long time between rounds of MPCC III, and who eventually didn't get new rounds at all after I wasn't able to access the site.
I hope my apologies are accepted.
As a side note, I would like to publicly thank apuking for continuing MPCC!
