564 new users joined Numista in May 2011.  This increased the total member tally from 7491 to 8055, up 7.5%.

55.3% of these users have not yet entered a coin into their Numista collection.

63.8% of these users have not selected a nation for their profile.

Of the 204 that did select a nation, 44 nations had at least one new member in May 2011.  51 new users are American, 47 are French, 14 are Canadian, and 12 are Indian.  

The first Numista members from the Isle of Man, Ivory Coast, Jersey, Malta, Moldova, and Seychelles joined the site.  Ecuador, Guatemala, Tunisia, Vatican City, and Zambia each got their second Numista member.

Of the ten nations with the most Numista members, India grew the fastest in May 2011 (16% increase), while Italy didn't gain a single new user during the month.  France grew by 5.7% and the USA grew by 10.5%.
