In the UK (I don't know where you are) we have a number of jewellers who also buy and sell gold and silver coins. You can try them or your local coin dealer, bearing in mind the price they offer you will be lower than the retail price, since obviously they want to resell at a profit. That said, any item is worth what some one is prepared to pay for it, one person may value a coin at one value, and another person value it far lower or higher.
I'm from Georgia. There is not any coin shops or collectors here as i know and jewellers offered too low price. eBay asks for paypal but paypal does not support georgia so I cant verify or lift limits so it'll be useless to sell on ebay. :(
How much can you offer? I dont know the value of the coins but I searched on ebay and it was ~200$

Ebay prices are often inflated. Use Coin Trends from Coin News in Canada to get correct pricing.
These are very accurate values. Canadian coin dealerd use Coin Trends to set current retail prices.
Dealers usually pay 60% of those values when buying coins you may want to sell.
On ebay, you lose close to 20% for Ebay listing fees, Ebay final value fees (12%) and Paypal fees (5.9% + $0.30). So if you can get 70% to 80% of Coin Trends values, you are doing okay because you do not have overhead.
