Swap rating... one question...

A month ago I have made a swap with a Numista member.
I have shiped my coins and have no answer from the member to my messages. So a week ago I have rate the trade with 0 stars. Today I have received the coins from that member but without no replly message and no explanation. Most of the coins are in a GOOD grade, others no. How can I change the rate evaluation?

I really need to change the rate because the coins have arrived and is unfair for the member stay with 0 stars.
