Hey Numista,

My fiancee's birthday is coming up in a couple months, and I'd like to get her something special. She isn't much of a coin aficionado, but she enjoys trinkets that remind her of her Polish and Russian heritage. About a week ago I gave her a nice 1992 1 Złoty (because she was born in 1992) and she really appreciated it, and so I told her I would try to get her a full set by her birthday, which she may turn into jewelry.

Honestly, she's not going to know the difference between a high-grade or cleaned coin, so anything shiny will make her happy. And maybe she'll stop bugging me about all the money I spend on coins and not on her!

So, here's the coins I'm looking for (to either swap for or buy):

1992 Poland
1 Złoty
50 Groszy
20 Groszy
10 Groszy
5 Groszy
2 Grosze
1 Grosz

1992 Russia
100 Roubles
50 Roubles
20 Roubles
10 Roubles (magnetic or not, doesn't matter)
5 Roubles
1 Rouble

If you have any of these, please let me know! Anything is appreciated.
I have some of them Poland and Russian coins for you if you want ?
Have a look on my swaplist.
Hi Gerreke, thank you for helping me out! I've looked through your swaplist and have found many of the coins I'm looking for.

For others, here are the coins that I am still looking for:

1992 Poland
20 Groszy
5 Groszy
2 Grosze
1 Grosz

1992 Russia
100 Roubles
50 Roubles
10 Roubles (magnetic or not, doesn't matter)
1 Rouble
If you still need it I have bimetallic 50 roubles 1992
Thank you, whitegandalf! Can we start up a swap?
1992 Poland
20 Groszy
5 Groszy

I have those two - the 20 is already shiny, and if you want to polish it yourself I think the 5 could be shiny!
Though maybe you can find other members who have more coins in one swap, otherwise postage would be costly for one or two coins at a time. Just thought I would offer.  :)

Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins
I have some poland 1grose 1992 and russia 1 rouble 1992 if you are still looking for
It is, what it is, or is it.
I have the 50 groszy 1992....

Je ne collectionne que les euros, et notamment les commémoratives
To everyone that has offered my swaps so far: Thank you so much for your generosity! I'm proud to consider myself a member of this community.

I am just wrapping up four swaps and still negotiating three more. I will be out of town from June 12-21, and so I cannot take on any more swaps until then and will likely have to postpone many of the swaps I am currently negotiating. Once I get back I will assess my situation and send out another list of what I am still looking for.

Until then, thank you so much for helping me out!
Hi everyone,

I finally managed to get the bracelet finished!

The Russian 50 and 100 were too big to fit on the chain, so we made them into earrings. I could get a photo of them up if you'd be interested.

Originally we were going to exclude the Polish 2 to keep it symmetrical, but my fiancée chose to embrace the randomness of each of the coins, so we will eventually be putting it onto that large hoop on the top left.

Thank you to everyone who helped! It came a bit late, but she loves the set more than she was expecting to. She's already thinking about what coin I should get for a centerpiece necklace...
