Should we split 2019 and 2024 issues?

Several differences. First two design differences, the tactile marks:

Then the dove. On 2019 the dove is dark grey and bars behind are light, on the 2024 this arrangement is reversed:

Most significantly they have different security threads:

UV on the reverse. 2019 is left, 2024 is right:

 

 

The 2019 is phosphorescent on the obverse also.

The change to the blind marks is enough for me to personally consider it a new type, but those are slight enough changes that I could see the average collector and catalogs not bothering with it.

I have both the notes. I do not believe it is necessary to split them. The main designs are still the same. Minor chances are expected for reprints.
