France Half Franc 1587?

Would anyone be able to help me identify this coin? I thought it may be a Henry III 1587 Half Franc but I can’t find one with the C mintmark. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Would you have any idea of the value on one in this condition? I’m considering just auctioning it off with a 99p start bid so a rough idea of what it should end up at would be good to know.

I’ll probably just set a start bid near the silver spot price then. 
 

What continues to throw me off with this coin is N#38933 is a closer match on the images than N#38934.

May I suggest you pose the same questions on the French forum? I would think they would be better versed at value and such for this type coin.
