Germany 10 Pfennigs 1900-A N#1915 Die Chip?

I’d appreciate some opinions on this 1900-A German Empire 10 Pfennig. I’ve noticed small areas of raised metal beside the 1 and the 0. Are these just minor die chips? 
 

It's nothing else than CUDs, they are common and do not add any value to the coin in question.
