Celtic coin Carnutes ?

It looks like a Carnutes coin but I am surprised by the shape on top of his head. Any idea?

It is the coin I identified. My question is what you think of the circle on the top. Thr circle itself seems to have the same height, color and width as the other subject… but in the center there is something weird. In the beginning I saw a bucrane but it could be an oxydation, although it is not obvious (even with x20 x30 magnifiers).
