Hello!
I have not found anywhere in FAQ how to request for adding/removing a picture for any variety entry (between “date” and “mintage” fields):
Anyone? Thanks in advance!

Auctions and examples are the source for the line images. You often get wrong images from automatically added Katz auctions. Often they are set to unknown but sometimes they are set as the wrong variant or even a completely wrong type (these have to be edited and in some cases deleted).

I see, but what to do if you find wrong pictures there? How to report it? By forum?
And is there any way (for us, regular collectors) to add (or to request to add) a picture there?
You find the auction or example that is the source of the false images at the bottom of a catalog page, that should be elsewhere and move it it by editing the variety or Numista number. You can also add auctions or examples from your or certain museum collections were no images exist.

Here:
Wrong pictures for 1919 & 1920, since they belong to N#6920
So once I am here: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/past_sales.php?id=6808
I cannot delete those sales (broken link), nor can I modify them without replacing the incorrect photo with a new one…
I have no access to the sales on Katz web (registration needed), so no way I can see if Katz had actually all wrong, or it was just a mistake from the person who added the info on Numista 😅
Anyway, the instructions you provide are for reassigning the picture, but how to simply request to remove it?
The correct pictures for 1919 & 1920 are already here, so no need to replace them with the others: N#6920
I explained how to reassign it to the correct page in my previous post.
The delete function seems to be broken at the moment.
It wasn't a person who added it to Numista. It was Mr. Robot.

Yes, I saw it, thanks. But since the billon coin has already the correct pictures for its 1919 & 1920 varieties, I see no need to reassign to it the pictures we were talking about, but simply to delete them.

It's not the pictures, it's the auctions that are important. They help establish the Numista price values and give members a comparison of their coins to sold coins. I've submitted two change requests to move them to the proper coin page.
Sorry if I am being tiresome, but will that fix the wrong assigned pictures issue?
The pictures are attached to the auction. Wherever the auctions go the pictures go.
All clear now. Thanks a lot!
