Possible attribution of Seleucid coin?

The coin below was in a lot of Roman coins I purchased. Some preliminary questions led me to this answer below: 

 

“That's apollo seated on an omphalos on the reverse, and I think thats an x on the reverse, which is probably part of BAΣΙΛΕΩΣ ANTIOXΟΥ, or King Antiochus, so it could be Antiochus I, II, III, or IV. …” 

 

Would it be possible to get further attribution?

It may be difficult to determine directly from any details on the coin. You may have to do it by careful study of the portrait style. I've seen sites that portray the portrait style of the Seleucids. Good Luck!

The closest I've been able to ID is the coin SC924 from Seleukos iii.

Some of the writing is kind visible by Apollo's leg. I can't read the Greek, sadly. 

The portrait on yours certainly looks like it was intended to look like a Seleucus, whereas SC 924 is Apollo. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen AE fractionals with royal portraits. I have to admit that I don’t collect the series.
