Hey

I was wondering if irans banknotes are valuble at all or does it have any buyers?

For example 1000 rials from 1997 which is considerd a bit valuble outside middle east due to low export of iranian banknotes.

Do you have a picture of it?

Would like to see!

1000 Rials (Ruhollah Khomeini) - Iran – Numista

I got one too P143e. Got this from a dealer as gift, in all 8 Iranian notes as gift. Not sure if any of these are worth the paper printed on now.😁

Its actually worthless,

I was born there and have all types of banknktes from there.

If you wana buy a bottle of water you should give around 200 of these.

Its kinda old though so its valuble but in term of curency its not.

I also have two of those but not the 1993 note. It is not expensive though:

-That's funny as I got a couple other denoms, not 8, as a gift too (think they're from the same series) which I “re-gifted” to my nephews! 🙃
