 mm.

 On the obverse there is just enough lettering for 

GALLIENVS AVG 

around it. Maybe the coin is somewhere in here >

perhaps another AVG on right … 

 Perhaps something like this 

 Gallienus (AD 253-268). AV Aureus (19-20 mm, 1.97 g), Milan. Sole reign. 

GALLIENVS AVG, radiate head right

VIRTVS AVG, Virtus standing left in military dress, holding globe and spear.
