It's some kind of merchants token, uniface. Numista appears to have only one other of similar type.

Anyway, there's your answer and there's not a good way to determine a value except to put it up for auction. Ethiopian token collectors might be scarcer than the token. There's an interesting history there, if you can dig it up.

Maybe you noticed that the guy who posted it to Numista is the owner and it's on his ‘Swap’ list.
