How many coins from 1800 onwards have been without its value/ denomation or even symbol on it? Or this is the only one?

A lot of Ottoman coins doesn't have denominations: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=ottoman&r=&st=1-2&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=&ie=&no=&v=&cu=&a=&dg=1900-1920&i=&b=&m=p&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&c=&wi=&sw=

Neither the British sovereigns and older pounds: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=royaume-uni&r=&st=1-2&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=&ie=&no=&v=&cu=&a=&dg=1900-1918&i=&b=&m=6&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&c=&wi=&sw=

Also on the Chinese cash coins, only the higher denominations (5 cash, 10 cash, etc.) have the denomination, but not the 1 cash ones: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=china_empire_section&r=&st=1-2&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=&ie=&no=&v=&cu=&a=&dg=1900-1912&i=&b=&m=&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=1&u=&c=&wi=&sw=

Some Indian Princely State coins also lack a denomination:
N#26157

Thai bullet coins just have the mark of the king on them, their denomination is determined by their size/weight: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=thailande&r=&st=1-2&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=&ie=&no=&v=&cu=&a=&dg=1800-1859&i=&b=&m=&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&c=&wi=&sw=

Mid-XIX. century Moroccan coins usually only have a mint and a date, but no denomination: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=maroc&r=&st=1-2&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=&ie=&no=&v=&cu=&a=&dg=1830-1880&i=&b=&m=&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&c=&wi=&sw=&p=2

Most of these UK coins : https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=royaume-uni&r=&st=1-2-3&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=&ie=&no=&v=&cu=&a=&dg=1800-1853&i=&b=&m=&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&c=&wi=&sw=
