Help needed to add this note - no signature or year line in the catalogue [resuelto]

And I cannot add it to the catalogue, because the year line 2025 does not exist and the signature on the note is not on the page for the note.

My catalogue modification request and the appeal were rejected, the referee says he wants “proof”
