I’m sure it’s Islamic, but which one is it

It’s probably Islamic but not real sure and it also seems like it has been struck more than once but not sure on that either, also I’m not sure if I have both sides in the correct orientatio, any help would be appreciated thank you

I think you right and I think it has multiple strikes and possibly with something else also
