Year of issue of the LK signature (South Africa 50 Rand)

I have one of these with the LK signature and Omron rings.

Numista says it is ND (2016).

Banknote.db says the series is 2013-2016 ND but that the issue date for the LK signature is 2015.

Which is it then, 2015 or 2016?

If it helps, the prefix of my note is MS

2014 is when the current Governor took up his posting.

The 2012 issue has no Omron rings, but the 2013 issue does have them.
