This issuer has the modern PRC flag on it, which is incorrect, considering that pretty much all of the items in it was produced between the late 19th century and the late 1940s.
In that period, China used three different flags :
- Qing dinasty (-1912)
- Chinese Republic (1912-1928)
- Chinese Republic (1928-1949)
I've created a gif that uses these three flags, please change the Chinese provinces (section) issuer to use this:
