I suggest to:
- move “Padania” from: Countries and territories > Italy > Italian States (since it isn't a former Italian State)
- move “Republic of the North” from: Micronations (since it's the same thing as Padania, with same flag)
- and merge them into an issuer called “Padania - Republic of the North” under Fantasy places.
Items are fantasy coins and fantasy banknotes never circulated.
