But can't say anything about the reverse, the photo is too blurred to be sure about the lettering. Can you get a better photo?

I think the reverse may be VICTORIA AVG, there are a few on RIC, but only one with the obverse lettering that matches 100%: RIC V Victorinus 75, not yet on the Numista catalog.
