Need help identifying a signature

I have a Augu 10, 1976 Ecuador 20 sucres. The first two signatures I found but the last one isn’t in the signature list in the catalog. can Anyone help me figure this out?

Those are the signatures but they don’t have those names for the August 10, 1997 Series LC in the catalog.
