Potential bug with yearline comments

I tried to delete the comment for the original strike, Because it was a business strike. The comment exists both in English and French versions.

I first deleted the English comment, which was succesfull, however the French comment remained.

When I tried to delete the French comment few days later, the English comment reappeared. I submitted requests to delete both, which were approved, but the comment is still there.

I think there is some bug. Please check it.

I do believe that both (French and English) must be modified and approved at the same time. Otherwise, the system will add the translation to the page that is missing when the Numista does it nightly refresh. 

But the English page was done several days before so the French page didn't show an English comment when it was modified.

The second time I submitted both requests at the same time. And they were also accepted at almost the same time. (Certainly within 1 minute)

Any news regarding this issue?

Comment has been removed on the year line for the business strike.  Let's see if it survives tonight's refresh.
