This issuer currently has the modern Russian flag associated with its database entry, which is incorrect. While this issuer was technically part of the emerging Russian SFSR, it did have its own unique flag (which can be found below).
Thus, the North Caucasian Soviet Republic flag should be changed to reflect this.
