a medal with Joan of Arc (Jeanne d’Arc)

portait give it immediately and can read 1431 date of death.

reverse can read Orlean city she helped liberates.

 

hard to read on the phone. Not sure about the other worlds or language on the medal.

Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins

 This medal is from France and the front shows Joan of Arc with a palm frond representing victory. 

At the bottom of the medal there are three dates: 

1412 the year Joan was born, 

1431 the year Joan was martyred, 

and 1909 the year Joan was beatified. 

 The French inscription at the top says - 

Bienheureuse Jeanne d'Arc - which means Blessed Joan of Arc.
