What does "(fr)" mean

While trying to enter a coin, I noticed two choices on N#31297 for "1861 Mo CH".  The only difference is that one choice is described as “(fr) CH”. 

My coin has a CH.

What does “(fr) CH” mean?

French  The comment only exists on the French site. If you go on the French site you see comments with (en).  ½ real - Mexique – Numista  All those duplicate lines should be deleted.
