Built-In Inventory Reconciliation Function

In other software applications (i.e. Quickbooks), there is an option to reconcile an account by verifying a list of specific transactions one by one.  This type of function could be very useful on this platform, especially if paired with the capability of using a barcode scanner (Obviously, it would need to incorporate a barcode generator and the collector would need a way to associate the barcodes to their individual coins like affixing it to the cardboard/mylar holder via labelmaker).  Even without the barcode scanner, it would save so much time for those of us with thousands of coins if we could just move down the list rather than navigating to each individual coin's page.  It would also be helpful if this function included a way to custom sort the list to match how our coins are sorted (i.e. alphabetically by country, regionally, by denomination).  It seems to me that without an inventory upload function, this would be the next best thing.  Is this plausible or do I have my head in the clouds?
