Serbian mint Rudnik is missing from the site, it is located neae modern day town Rudnik.
Silver, lead, and copper ores were mined, and Rudnik was probably the largest Serbian copper mine.
Many coins were minted there it was one of the biggest mints in medieval Serbia
First mints in that area dates from Illyrian and Celtic times
It was also used by Romans when they conquered those areas
It was at its peak of mintng coins in the 13th century in time of king Dragutin Dubrovnik Republic of Dubrovnik Republic of Dubrovnik also had an impact on Rudnik
Rudnik lost it's power after death of despot Stefan 1427
With the arrival of the Turks, Rudnik lost its importance, part of the population left Rudnik, and with them a large number of Dubrovnik merchants.
