Changing the flag for items from "Chinese Provinces"

Minor thing, but I was wondering if we should change the flag for the items (banknotes, coins, exonumia) listed under Chinese Provinces.

The flag of the PRC is used, but all of the items I see are from either the Qing Dynasty or from the Republic of China, so it seems more appropriate to use those flags instead.
