I didnt find it in numista catalog, or at liest this variety

Silver , 40mm, 28.40g.

Any opinion? Thanks.

Based on list of titles that's Ferdinand the Second of Austria. Who had ND thalers.

N#424895

N#99227

Color does not look right. Based on his other coins in Numista he was following gulden weight in his large silver coins. If weight on first thaler page is correct, then it is gulden and not HRE standard Reichsthaler.

I assume you need “Die Münzstätte Hall in Tirol, Band 1. 1477 - 1665” for reference and finding matching lettering and mint mark.

Color does not look right.

I believe the colour being wrong is because of lighting. The member who posted this made another post about a roman silver coin where the same yellow tone appears in the pictures.

:)

Color is because the light. The portraits are not the same also the scepter

rnumista

The portraits are not the same also the scepter

This is 16th century. Coin stamps are consistent at being not consistent.

If you identify coins by size of family chin piece, you will have problems finding identical coins.

Also the model from the clothes are different. It have 3 rounds of circles . The other sugested up have 2 rounds of flowers and the first one only 1 model on the chest.

The head of the scepter also different, also the guard of the sword is visible on witch I posted.
